Allianz Technology has announced the appointment of Mansi Nigam as Chief People and Culture Officer, India, strengthening its leadership in people strategy and organisational development.
With over a decade of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, and organisational development. During her professional career, she spent nearly seven years at BNY, where she held senior human resources leadership roles and contributed to strategic people initiatives and organisational transformation. Most recently serving as a Senior Vice President | HR Business Partner | Global Fund Services Ops | India Ops. She also served as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, Summer Intern | Human Resource Development Program (Tata HRDP) at Tata Group, HR Manager – Talent Management | HR Management Associate Program at HP, Talent Management Lead | India at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Guest Faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and as a Head People & Organization Development – South Asia at Syngenta.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar).
