Pernod Ricard India has announced the appointment of Namita Bharadwaj as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership in people strategy and organisational development.
With over two decades of experience in human resources, total rewards, and organisational strategy. During her professional career, she has served as an intern at MART Global Management Solutions LLP, Sr. Human Resources Analyst at Quark Software Inc., and as a Manager, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management at Vertex Data Science. She spent over a decade at Mercer, most recently serving as a Principal, where she led the Rewards Design practice for India – enabling organizations to design & implement Total Rewards Philosophy/Strategy for building & sustaining their competitive advantage.
She holds Bachelor’s Hons. degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing & Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
