“Being a woman in technology and product has taught me that leadership is not just about having a seat at the table, but having the confidence to shape the conversation. Across markets and cultures, I have learned that credibility comes from consistency, courage and outcomes. At different points, I have had to challenge conventional thinking, make my voice heard and take ownership in environments where the traditional leadership profile did not always look like me. I also believe leadership is measured by the people you enable to grow. I try to create opportunities through ownership, meaningful decisions and visibility, rather than mentorship alone. The next generation should not just be given a seat; they should be increasingly present in the conversations where products, technology and industries are shaped.”
