Kenvue Inc. announced the appointment of Amit Banati as the new Chief Financial Officer. Banati has over three decades of experience in finance and operations in the consumer products industry. Kenvue is a consumer health company that has subsidiary brands like Tylenol, Listerine, and Neutrogena.
Banati has worked with several organisations that are popular in the consumer sector. Kellanova, Kellogg Company, Fortune Brands Innovations Home & Security, Mondelēz International, Cadburys Schweppes PLC , and Procter & Gamble are the companies he has worked for more than 30 years.
Banati’s leadership roles have a significant impact on the companies. He started his professional journey with P&G as a Financial Analyst and grew in the sector eventually. In his journey, he has managed multiple areas like the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
In this role at Kenvue, Banati will oversee the Finance and Strategy functions. His prime focus will be on accelerating profitable growth and delivering value to shareholders.
