Procter & Gamble has named Shailesh Jejurikar as its next President and Chief Executive Officer, from January 2026. This marks a significant leadership transition across the world’s most iconic consumer goods companies.
Shailesh has been associated with P&G since the beginning of his career and has been serving the company for 35+ years. He is responsible for overseeing enterprise markets, global business services, sales, IT, and supplychain operations. With his global perspective and operational excellence, he has made significant contributions to the growth and strengthening of the organisation’s portfolio.
Throughout his career, Shailesh has led diverse brands of P&G like Tide, Ariel, Downy, Gain, Febreze, Swiffer, and more. His ability to blend strategic vision with execution has benefited the company’s long-term transformation strategy.
