With over 20 years of experience, he has led many financial institutions in driving growth in insurance. Before becoming Executive VP, he had served as the Senior Vice President & National Business Manager – Life & Health Insurance for four years.
Anil’s contributions have played a crucial role in building and scaling the bank’s life and health insurance portfolio with branch banking. Before joining AU Small Finance, he held leadership roles at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, and KotakLife. He built deep-rooted partnerships with nationalised and private banks, NBFCs, rural cooperatives, and more.
His efforts have not only boosted insurance penetration but also supported inclusive financial empowerment through tailor-made insurance offerings in underserved markets.
