Ravi Rai is appointed as the General Manager at The Orchid Hotel – Mumbai. With his 25+ years of expertise, he brings immense knowledge of the hospitality sector. In his new role, he will be overseeing hotel operations such as strategic planning, guest satisfaction, team development, and brand positioning.
With his exceptional expertise and proven track record, he had served as the Cluster General Manager for the Avadh Utopia Group, leading their Surat and Vapi hotels. Ravi has also worked with the Accor Group and managed properties like Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada, and The Bheemili Resort.
Over the years, he has also collaborated with notable hotel chains, including Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa and Park Plaza Bengaluru.
“My focus will be on building further on its legacy—enhancing guest experiences, strengthening the team, and deepening our commitment to sustainability in every aspect of the hotel’s journey,” Ravi said about his new appointment.
