SBI Card has appointed Vikrant Nagpal as the Senior Vice President & Lead – Digital and Strategic Projects. With over 20 years of experience in the BFSI segment, Nagpal brings deep expertise in the financial services.
Before being appointed to this role, Head Banca Sales, he was responsible for the growth of the Banca Channel at SBI Card. With his expertise, he led the digital-first adoption strategy, scaling card issuance from 2% to over 70% while empowering 10,000+ outsourced professionals.
He joined SBI Card in 2019 as Vice President – Data Analytics & Digital Initiatives. Nagpal drove end-to-end digitization of Banca journeys, integrated SBI Card services with YONO and Internet Banking platforms, and championed pre-approved credit models powered by data-driven insights.
He has also served renowned financial institutions like Edelweiss Financial Services, DHFL, GE, HDFCBank, ICICIBank, CMIE, and more. Nagpal’s track record reflects a strong focus on technology adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable business growth.
