Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has appointed Jitendra Pratap Singh as the Regional Business Head – West, where he will be responsible for branch banking operations across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Jitendra is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in retail banking and the IT industry, bringing extensive expertise to his new role.
Singh has been associated with Ujjivan SFB for over three years and also served as the Circle Business Head – North II and Regional Sales Head – North, where he managed large, diverse markets across multiple states. In his professional career, he has worked with IndusIndBank, KotakMahindraBank, INGVysyaBank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank.
With his years of experience, he has managed area sales in Kotak Mahindra. Conducted regular reviews and staff performance, ensuring seamless alignment of business objectives. He also increased sales by developing new initiatives to increase the weekly sales
In his new role, Jitendra will be focusing on driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing operational efficiencies in the western region. Known for his strategic expertise, sales management skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
