In his career, he strategically demonstrated strong expertise in controllership, financial analysis, audit, reporting, and strategic planning. His passion is reflected in his ability to lead fundraising initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster effective cross-functional collaboration, while establishing robust business processes across both Indian and multinational organisations.
An aspiring young professional, Atul Povale, is known for his sheer dedication and passion for his work. He has held senior finance leadership positions within the JSW Group, including Vice President (F&A) and Associate Vice President at JSW Steel. His career also includes impactful roles at leading companies such as the Mahindra Group, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Halliburton, and Reliance Industries Limited, where he contributed to strengthening financial leadership and performance.
With his new role as CFO, Atul will be responsible for driving financial strategy and governance, strengthening working capital and fundraising initiatives, enhancing financial controls and reporting, and supporting long-term strategic growth for Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd within the JSW Group.
