Shreyas Haridas has been appointed HR Director at Spotify. He is responsible for leading human resources strategy and people initiatives across the Japan, Asia Pacific (JAPAC) and South Asia, Middle East & Africa (SAMEA) regions.
Well-qualified from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, he brings over a decade of experience in strategic HR leadership and talent development. With a focus on building high-performing, inclusive cultures in complex and fast-growing markets, he builds a strong and confident culture for the organization.
Shreyas will lead Spotify’s people strategy by helping in shaping Spotify’s culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and aligning people practices with business priorities as the company continues to grow and evolve in a dynamic global environment.
Shreyas has also served as an HR Business Partner for Reliance Industries Limited and Disney Star and previously worked as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Nomura. His journey with Spotify started as HR in the SAMEA region, where he contributed to strategic people initiatives and HR transformation efforts that supported business growth and cultural alignment. His appointment reflects Spotify’s continued commitment to investing in people leadership as a strategic driver of long-term success.
