With over 25 years of distinguished experience in aerospace, energy, and automotive sectors, and a proven track record of leading large, globally distributed technology teams. She also served as Chief Technology Officer – India at GE Vernova and was an Executive Director and Board Member of GE Renewable Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Her leadership reflects deep expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, and engineering capability building. With her experience in engineering and leadership roles at General Motors, Infosys, and CEAT Limited. Throughout her career, Shilpa has championed innovation and operational excellence, helping shape high-impact engineering solutions in support of complex industrial and aerospace challenges.
Her appointment underscores GE Aerospace’s focus on leveraging India’s engineering talent and advancing its role as a strategic technology hub in the global aerospace landscape.
