
Le Méridien Navi Mumbai has announced the appointment of Firoz Sarwar as its new Director of Sales. This appointment aims at strengthening the hotel’s commercial leadership as it continues to expand its presence in the competitive hospitality market.
He brings with him extensive experience in hotel sales, revenue strategy, and business development. Over the years, he has built a strong track record in driving topline growth, cultivating corporate and MICE relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives across leading hospitality brands. He has also served as a Senior Sales Account Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, an Associate Director of Sales at Sofitel, Director of Sales at Oakwood, and a Vice President – Business Development at The Specialists.
His academic qualifications are from Atharva School of Business and Atharva College of Engineering. His expertise spans market positioning, key account management, and team leadership within dynamic, high-performance environments. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the sales function, enhancing brand visibility, strengthening client partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key segments.
His appointment reflects the hotel’s continued focus on strengthening its commercial strategy and delivering sustained growth in the region’s evolving hospitality landscape.
