NAB has announced the appointment of Karan Soni as Associate Vice President. This strategic appointment will focus on strengthening leadership capabilities within its innovation and operations ecosystem in India.
With over a decade of experience in banking operations, agile project management, and innovation-led delivery frameworks. Over the course of his career, he has spent 10+ years at American Express, where he served as a Team manager. He worked across technology-driven banking initiatives, contributing to process optimisation, operational transformation, and strengthening delivery capabilities within global financial services environments.
He holds a strong academic foundation from Guru Jambheshwar University. In his new role, he will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, strengthening operational frameworks, and contributing to the growth of NAB’s innovation centre operations in India.
This appointment aims to strengthen NAB’s leadership structure as the organisation continues to enhance its innovation capabilities and operational excellence across its global banking network.
