Aarti Kapoor (she/her) joined McDonald’s as the Director of Global HR Operations & Service Delivery. She brings over two decades of experience in human resources and the FMCG sector.
Kapoor had worked with Adani Group, PepsiCo, Amazon DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, American Express, InfoVision Inc. India Pvt Ltd, and more. She has led many leadership roles, like Global Service Delivery Hub Leader – HR Services, Director – People Operations & Service Delivery II at Amazon, People Experience and Transformation at PepsiCo, and Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery at Adani Group.
At Amazon, she has led the strategic direction and leadership for the day-to-day HR operations and service delivery, responsible for employee experience and efficiency gains. With her expertise, she created a high-performance work culture and a rewarding work environment.
