Accor welcomes Raki Philips as the Regional President for Premium, Midscale & Economy (PME) across MENA and Turkey


Raki Phillips has joined Accor as the Regional President for the Premium, Midscale & Economy (PME) division across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, effective November 2025. He will succeed Paul Stevens‘ position.
Raki brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, where he has served The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., FRHI Hotels & Resorts (Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel), INHOCO International Hospitality Consulting Group, Earth Hotels, and Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority.

Throughout his career, he has worked with over 250 hotels in 27+ countries. His exceptional operational expertise and commercial mindset contributed significantly across the hospitality industry. With his extensive expertise, Raki is leading Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority as the CEO, leading the transformation across the tourism destinations and growth.
