Aditi Vashisht has become the founder of Amplify Hiring. Vashisht is a seasoned talent acquisition leader skilled in analyzing, developing, and executing recruitment strategies. She brings nearly a decade of expertise in sales and talent acquisition.
At Amplify Hiring, she aims to reduce the gap between talent and employers by offering recruitment solutions to organisations.
She began her professional journey at BYJU’S as a Business Development Associate and later transitioned to Senior Business Executive, where she handled customer retention, addressed post-sales queries, and delivered effective solutions.
Soon, she joined upGrad as the Sales Development Manager, where she was responsible for hiring at multiple levels for sales across different Indian locations. In 2021, Vashisht was elevated as the Talent Acquisition Manager, where she was handling hiring across APAC, EMEA, the US and India, leading an end-to-end sales hiring team.
Vashisht also worked as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Great Learning, working closely with HRBPs and BUHs while handling recruitment and stakeholder management.
