Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. welcomes Ajit Pratap Singh as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). He will be succeeding Sandeep Mathew who will be heading as the Head of Investor Relations.
Ajit has nearly 30 years of experience in the finance industry. He has served companies like Lohia Corp Limited, Vedanta Resources Limited, OPG Power Ventures Plc, JSW, and Transrail Lighting Limited. He gathered his skills and gradually increased his expertise while working with such popular companies.
This strategic appointment of Singh as the CFO will further strengthen the company’s leadership in finance. With decades of experience in this industry, he is an expert in IPO, corporate finance, listing, mergers and acquisitions and so much more. SWREL will leverage the knowledge and experience of Singh and will step into the market to create a mark in it.
