Before joining ASK Group, Singh worked with PNB Housing Finance Limited, SBI MUTUAL FUND, IDFC FIRST Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, and Blue Star Infotech. With over two decades of experience in curating human resources strategies in the finance sector, Singh’s expertise stretches across talent acquisition, management development, CSR, ESG, and more.
At PNB Housing Finance, he served as the Chief People Officer, leading a transformative journey within the company by creating an inclusive and diverse environment, spearheading CSR initiatives, and more. Known for aligning HR strategies with business goals, he has led large-scale HR transformations throughout his career.
In his new role, Singh is responsible for shaping and executing the human capital strategy while building a performance-focused and value-driven company.
