Anmol Pansari appointed as Deputy Vice President - IT Procurement at Bandhan Bank

Bandhan Bank has announced the appointment of Anmol Pansari as Deputy Vice President – IT Procurement. This is considered a strategic appointment as the organisation focuses on strengthening its procurement leadership and technology sourcing capabilities as it continues to expand its digital banking infrastructure.

With over 15 years of cross-industry experience in procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and digital enablement. Over the course of his career, he has served as a Deputy Manager (Services & Agency Contracts) at The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., Procurement Manager at India Post Payments Bank, and Deputy Vice President – Finance at Canara HSBC Life Insurance, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on automation, simplification, and GenAI-led redesign. He played a significant role in establishing centralised procurement functions and leading procurement transformation projects.

He holds a strong academic foundation from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Annamalai University, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, and National Law School of India University. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading IT procurement strategy at Bandhan Bank, strengthening vendor partnerships, supporting technology sourcing initiatives, and driving procurement efficiency aligned with the bank’s digital transformation agenda.

This appointment is expected to further strengthen Bandhan Bank’s operational capabilities as it continues to invest in technology-driven banking services and scalable digital infrastructure.
