Before joining Holiday Inn Kolkata, he served as the General Manager at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim, where he developed re-opening strategies that scaled profitability. He has served multiple other hotel chains like TajHotels, IHG, Hyatt, and Pride Group.
Over the years of his professional journey, Anuraag has honed his expertise in operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development while bringing a strong background in revenue management, sales, and brand building. For his exceptional efforts in the hospitality sector, he was recognized with multiple awards as well.
