Mahalakshmi R has joined Apollo Tyres Ltd as the Chief Human Resource Officer. She brings over 30 years of industry experience in human resources and business consulting, spanning across India, Africa, the UK, and Southeast Asia.
Mahalakshmi has worked with Mondelēz International, airtel, Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, Ballarpur Industries Limited, EY, and Hewitt Associates LLC. She served Mondelez International for nearly a decade, where she led India and Southeast Asia. Her people strategy and transformation agenda aligned with the strong business objectives, creating a future-fit organisation culture and talent strategy.
Mahalakshmi also made significant contributions to Airtel’s talent management. She closely coordinated with the M&A journey of the group and managed the post-merger experience.
