Arvind Advanced Materials Limited welcomed Nishigandha Kulkarni (She/Her) as its new CHRO, where she will be strengthening the company’s HR leadership. With over 20 years of cross-sector HR leadership experience, Nishigandha brings organisational and leadership development and talent strategy.
She has worked with multiple companies during her professional journey, including Iscon Balaji Foods, Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, Lakmé Lever (Aptech), Suzlon Group, Raymond Limited and Reliance Communications. Over the years, she has developed people-centric programs and handled cultural and organisational transformation initiatives.
Before joining Arvind Advanced Materials, Nishigandha served as Head of HR at Iscon Balaji Foods, and earlier as CHRO at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, where she elevated talent management practices and strengthened organizational culture. Her tenure at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. and Suzlon Group further sharpened her capabilities in leadership development and employee growth, while her foundational contributions at Raymond and Reliance
Communications reinforced her expertise in capability-building at scale.
With a strong foundation in HR shaped during her years in XLRI and Sikkim Manipal University, Nishigandha brings a strategic, people-first HR vision to Arvind Advanced Materials, supporting its long-term growth agenda and strengthening its talent and leadership pipeline.
