Badruka School of Management (BSM) appointed Desham Rajashekar as Head – Career Enablement, Corporate Relations & Alumni Engagement. With over 27 years of multifaceted experience in corporaterelations, talent enablement, and defense operations, Rajashekar brings a wealth of leadership and strategic insight to his new role.
At BSM, he is responsible for leading initiatives like career development, corporate engagement placements, internships, live projects, and many more. The aim is to bridge the gap between industry experience and academia. This will help to develop industry-ready professionals while ensuring students get the exposure they need.
Before joining BSM, Rajashekar served as Manager – Corporate Relations & Placements at the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, where he successfully built strong corporate partnerships and streamlined placement operations. He also brings rich experience from NMIMS, Hyderabad Campus and over 19 years of distinguished service in the IndianAirForce, specializing in air defense and radar operations.
