Bajaj General Insurance appointed Manish Kanwar as its new Vertical Head – Talent Acquisition. With a robust background in human resources across leading insurers, Manish brings deep expertise in recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and HR business partnering.
Before rejoining Bajaj General Insurance, Manish was associated with ICICI Lombard, where he served as Chief Manager – Human Resources and earlier as Senior Manager – Human Resources. His experience further includes a notable stint at Reliance General Insurance as HRBP – North & Talent Acquisition – Smart Market (North & East), where he successfully managed recruitment operations across diverse geographies and business units.
In his new leadership role, Manish will focus on strengthening the talent acquisition framework, building future-ready hiring strategies, and supporting organizational growth through leadership development and capability enhancement. His expertise is expected to play an instrumental role in advancing Bajaj General Insurance’s people agenda amid an increasingly competitive insurance talent landscape.
