Shyam N Agrawal is appointed as the Regional Head II and the Product Champion to drive and monitor the commodity business across India at Bandhan Bank. With over 18 years of industry experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, banking, and NBFCs. Shyam brings a deep expertise in sales, product development, structured commodity finance, and risk management.
Shyam has worked with multiple banking institutions, like FinnovaCapital, ICICIBank, Bluecross Lab, and more. He has previously served as the State Head – Rajasthan (Agri Business, Working Capital, Commodity Finance, and Tractor Loans) at Bandhan Bank, Assistant Vice President – Sales at Finova Capital, and spent nearly a decade at ICICI Bank as Zonal Commodity and Control Manager, where he worked on new product development, policy amendments, and cost management initiatives.
With experience across multiple states, including Rajasthan, Gujarat, UP, Bihar, and West Bengal, Agrawal’s elevation signals Bandhan Bank’s commitment to expansion, innovation, and strengthening its commodity finance portfolio.
