Barclays Co-CEOs Khaled Eldabag and Walid Mezher, poised to lead the bank's Middle East operations.

Barclays appointed two major leaders, Khaled Eldabag and Walid Mezher, as the Co-CEOs of the Middle East region.

Khaled Eldabag brings nearly three decades of experience in the financial services sector. He has worked with popular companies like Merrill Lynch, Stephens Inc., and Goldman Sachs. He has been associated with Barclays Investment Bank for over a decade and has been contributing immensely to the investment banking industry.

Walid Mezher brings 20+ years of experience in the banking sector. He has been working with Barclays for the last 18 years. He has served as the Head of Markets for the MENA region and also supervised sales in the Middle East and Africa. Before joining Barclays, he had worked with GE HealthCare, Byblos Bank Group, and HSBC.
