Bhavna Verma is appointed as the Vice President – Strategy and M&A for the Greater India Zone. She returns to Schneider Electric after 2 years. In her earlier stint, she worked for 6 years across multiple roles, including Strategy & Alliance Head (India), Strategy & Sales Excellence Head, and Exports Director within the Integration Office. She brings 20 years of expertise, where she has experience in strategic planning, sales excellence, and business alliances.
Before rejoining Schneider Electric, Bhavna served as Senior Director – Strategy, Category & Product Management at Cargill, where she led key strategic and business development initiatives for Cargill Food Solutions.
In her early career, she had worked with Tata Consultancy Services, EY, Honeywell, and EscortsLimited. This diverse background across global organisations has equipped her with a deep understanding of business transformation, market development, and cross-functional leadership.
In her new role, Bhavna is expected to drive Schneider Electric’s growth across India by strengthening strategic consolidation, enabling transformation programs, and leading high-impact M&A initiatives in a rapidly evolving energy and sustainability landscape.
