Bikash Dash is elevated as the Senior Director of Insights & Data at Capgemini. With nearly two decades of experience, Bikash will lead large-scale data transformation initiatives, advanced analytics, and digital innovation within the company.
Bikash brings extensive experience in data science, analytics, and digital consulting, leading multiple MNCs in his professional career. He joined Capgemini in 2019 and has held various leadership roles, including Program Manager and Director, where he led complex, data-driven programs and delivered significant business outcomes.
Before Capgemini, he had worked with Boeing as a Data Scientist and Cognizant as a Manager – Data Science. Bikash also worked with Wipro, Oracle Corporation, and MuSigma in the early years of his career.
