Boeing India has appointed Sarma Chillara as the Executive Director and CHRO for India and South Asia. This strategic move underscores Boeing’s commitment to fostering a high-performance, future-ready work environment in the region.
Chillara brings nearly two decades of diverse experience across the automotive, banking, consulting, and retail sectors. Before joining Boeing, he served as a Member of the Board and Head of Human Resources and People Services at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India. His prior roles include positions at Boston Consulting Group, Citi, and Future Group India, where he honed his expertise in human resources leadership and organizational development.
