
Carrier HVAC welcomed AJ Dabydin as the Senior Managing Director for Thailand. He would be taking charge of the company’s consolidated Thailand business with P&L responsibility, driving growth and operational excellence across one of the key Asian markets of Carrier.
Dabudin brings 20+ years of expertise across manufacturing, automotive, consulting, and strategy. At Adient, he was the General Manager leading P&L leadership with responsibility for revenue and margin growth. He developed a business strategy and handled export business for Adient Malaysia. Managed 4 plants generating annual sales revenue of $300 million. Before that, he held regional leadership roles managing large-scale businesses across India, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
He was also leading Johnson Controls as the Director Change Office, Strategy and Business Development APAC, where he was leading the planning and execution of growth, responsibilities covering China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and more South Asian countries. Dabysin also served EY, PwC, McKinsey and Company, and Nielsen.
At Carrier HVAC, Dabydin’s focus will be on business growth strategies, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, while strengthening the brand’s leadership in the HVAC sector.
