CBRE elevated Kris Aitken as the Global Alliance Director, with more than two decades of expertise across real estate, operations, strategy, and service delivery. Kris brings proven industry experience that transforms and brings operational excellence across global organisations.
Since joining CBRE in 2014, Kris has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Solutions Architect Lead – APAC and Global Business Operations Director (COO for a leading financial services client). In these roles, she successfully designed and implemented scalable solutions and strengthened client partnerships across diverse markets.
AT the beginning of her career, Kris worked with Qantas Airways, where she held leadership roles including Manager Campus Services, PeopleConnect, and Service Delivery, responsible for the client service portfolio.
In her new role, Kris will be responsible for deepening CBRE’s strategic alliances in Asia, enhancing client value through innovation, and driving growth across the region.
“I started my CBRE career in 2014 as a Senior Facility Manager for a financial services client in Sydney. Fast forward 11 years and a move to Singapore, and today I start as the Global Alliance Director in our Infrastructure & Energy sector with the absolute privilege to lead a team of over 1000 facility professionals supporting one of our largest accounts.” – Kris shared her journey with CBRE and excitement about her new challenge.
