Coforge welcomed Garima Singh as its new Deputy Chief People Officer, marking a strategic addition to the company’s global leadership team. She brings over two decades of expertise across technology, digital transformation, and human capital management.
At Coforge, Garima will be leading initiatives to strengthen talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture. Leveraging her decades of expertise to focus on building future-ready people practices while supporting the organization’s global growth.
Before joining Coforge, she had worked with OrionInnovation, PersistentSystems, and the IndianArmy. She initially spent 5 years working in the army, where she nurtured her strategic planning skills along with employee engagement. Her 15-year tenure at Persistent Systems saw her lead HR for North America and Digital Business, playing a key role in scaling the company’s workforce and culture.
