This Bangalore-based company, Counselect, specialising in legal consulting, acquired Lawmetrik. This acquisition will give a boost to Counselect and create India’s top platform for business-centric legal transformation. The strategic move strengthens Counselect’s footprint in the corporate legal operations.
As a part of the integration, Lawmetrik founder Basil Almeida is also joining Counselect as Co-founder and President, while Ritvik Lukose continues to be Co-founder and Director.
