Usha International welcomed Dipty Jalan, Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP HR), marking her second stint with the company. Jalan brings over 20+ years of experience in human resources with exceptional talent management, learning, and organizational development.
She has worked Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, MTS – Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., Right Management, McKinsey & Company, and Dell Technologies. In her role at Right Management, she has led various HR areas, including designing and implementing HR systems. Management over 800+ individuals in key projects in different segments like steel, graphite electrodes, and more.
In her first stint at Usha International, she has led for 9 years in various leadership positions like Vice President of Head Talent Management and Assistant VP, transforming and building a human resources foundation that aligns with business objectives.
