Dr.Harshita Kumar is recently appointed as the new Dean – School of Management (PG) and Professor – Marketing at Universal Ai University. With 27 years of experience in the Media and Education Management industry, Dr. Harshita is widely respected for her academic excellence and transformative contributions to management education. Her teaching portfolio includes subjects such as Digital Marketing, Sales Management, Retail Management, and Marketing Communication.
Dr. Harshita has previously held influential academic leadership roles at premier institutions, including Director & Professor, Atharva School of Business, Mumbai; Faculty, IBS Mumbai; and Associate Professor, Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research (AIMSR). Dr. Harshita brings with her a wealth of academic and industry experience, which will be instrumental in shaping the university’s postgraduate management programmes.
