He has served as the Head of Global Operations at the company for more than 8 years and has led the company’s global formulations and API portfolios, enhancing the manufacturing efficiencies while fostering a culture of operational excellence. His elevation reflects Dr. Reddy’s strategic focus on integrating business priorities with human capital development to strengthen its global workforce and culture.
Before joining Dr. Reddy’s, Sharma held senior leadership roles at HindustanCocaCola Beverages, The Coca-Cola Company, and UnitedBreweriesLimited, where he led large-scale engineering and supply chain operations.
