Dubai Holding has announced the appointment of Vaibhav Singhal as Director, Head of Rewards & Performance, where he will lead global rewards and performance strategies for the Dubai Holding Corporate Office and its Group Companies.
Vaibhav brings a wealth of international experience in total rewards, benefits, and performance management, having held senior leadership roles at global organizations such as PayPal, SAP, and Deloitte. At PayPal, he served as Director – Global Benefits and Senior Manager – Total Rewards, driving regional benefits and rewards initiatives across APAC and MEA. Prior to that, he was Senior Consultant – Total Rewards at SAP, managing base pay and sales compensation programs for the APAC region. His early career at Deloitte saw him take on multiple roles in the Total Rewards function, including Manager and Assistant Manager.
With a proven track record of designing and implementing effective rewards frameworks that drive employee engagement and align with business goals, Vaibhav’s appointment marks a strategic step for Dubai Holding. His global expertise across technology and professional services will help strengthen the company’s talent strategy, enhance its employee value proposition, and advance innovative performance management practices across its group operations.
