Egis welcomed Nermin Moussa as HR Director – Middle East & South Asia, a move that highlights the company’s focus on talent strategy, inclusion, and sustainable growth in key regional markets.

With over 15 years of experience in multinational firms, Moussa will lead workforce planning, capability building, and diversity & inclusion initiatives across Egis in the Middle East expanding architecture, consulting, and operations business. Her mandate includes enhancing employee experience, building high-performing teams, and managing the long-term talent pipeline aligned to Egis’ regional growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Egis, Moussa spent over 10 years at Ericsson, where she held senior roles, including Senior Director (People & Compliance) and Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for the Middle East & Africa. She has also held strategic HR leadership positions at BakerHughes, driving global HR business partnering and talent acquisition across complex operations, and at Standard CharteredBank, supporting regional recruitment and leadership development.
