
The Emirates Growth Fund (EGF) has appointed Khalifa Al Hajeri as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the fund’s mission to support the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Al Hajeri brings over 15 years of global investment experience to the role. Before joining EGF, he led growth investments, sovereign partnerships, and venture capital initiatives at Mubadala. At EGF, he will guide the fund’s strategy to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in strategic sectors like advanced technology, health, food security, and industry.
Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi Emirat, Minister of Sports and Chairman of EGF, welcomed Al Hajeri’s appointment, “We are confident that this new chapter will further establish the EGF as an essential partner in our economic diversification journey and reinforce the UAE’s position as a global hub for innovation and growth.”
