Gentis has appointed Faycal Lahlou as the Executive Director for the Middle East & Africa. In this new role, he will lead regional operations and business growth initiatives, while strengthening client relationships across the MEA region.
Before joining Gentis, he worked with MichaelPage, MDA Resources. With over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, Nabil has held significant roles at other regional firms. His prior tenure at Gentis included leading the firm’s offices in Morocco and France, where he contributed to bolstering its market positioning.
This promotion signals Gentis’ commitment to developing internal leadership while adding strategic leadership in the emerging markets. Under Nabil’s leadership, Gentis aims to deepen its footprint, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and reinforce its reputation as a go-to partner for senior leadership search in the MEA corridor.
