With over two decades of experience in retail lending, Pankaj singh is appointed as the National Sales Head – Mortgage at Federal Bank. In his new role, Pankaj will be heading the product development, team productivity, and sales growth while crafting strategies for expansion and profitability.
Before joining Federal Bank, he had served as the Zonal Manager at Fedbank Financial Services for 8 years. Successfully managing home, auto, and personal loan sales across Maharashtra and Gujarat, while building profitable relationships with corporates, DSA, and builders. His leadership saw strategic partnerships with builders.
He also served key roles at HDB Financial Services as Cluster Manager-LAP and DCBBank as Area Sales Manager, where he led channelsales, ensured cross-functional coordination, and executed cost-effective strategies. Pankaj brings a lot of expertise in the financial services industry, given his proven track record.
