Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has named Federico Giovine as the new Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre. A third-generation hotelier from Buenos Aires, Giovine began his Four Seasons journey in 2005 at the Buenos Aires property.
Over the last two decades, he has held leadership roles across seven destinations, including hotels in Budapest, Lisbon, Prague, Seychelles, Hampshire (UK), and both Dubai properties. Before his new appointment, Giovine led the Gresham Palace Budapest, where he balanced heritage preservation with modern standards, preparing him to helm one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury hotels.
Federico’s career plan was not into hospitality initially. But his tenure at his family’s property at Buenos Aires made him like the process and the world of hospitality. 20 years down the line, he has been leading Four Seasons with commitment. His appointment reflects Four Seasons’ focus on sustained excellence in service delivery, cultural sensitivity, and guest experience in the evolving Dubai hospitality market.
