Aman Thareja is appointed as the Area Vice President and Managing Director for India and South Asia at Forcepoint, highlighting the company’s move to strengthen its cybersecurity leadership in the region. With over 25 years of experience in the ITindustry, Aman brings exceptional knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud, and networking solutions. He will be leading the business strategy, operations, and growth across the organisation while building channel partnerships and customer trust.
Before joining Forcepoint, he was the Director Sales – Commercial and Government India at VMware, leading regional commercial business across multiple industry segments while adapting to new IT challenges and delivering solutions to customers. Aman was also leading the Indian and SAARC region as Director of Enterprise and Public Sector Sales at Symantec. Aman was handling the sales team across India and also key accounts of the Indian Government, including the Central Ministry, Defense, BSNL, PSU, and State Government. In this role, he was further developing next next-generation SOC and offered customer security solutions
He made valuable contributions at Cisco and Wipro Infotech. The ArmedForces equipped him with strong discipline, customer engagement, and program execution skills at the beginning of his career.
