
HDFC Life appointed Mona Kishore as the Head – Product Proposition, Digital Business & Sales Excellence. She will drive the customer proposition, product mix, digital business, and sales excellence for the company’s largest bancassurance partnership.
With over two decades of experience in banking and fintech, Mona is a seasoned product leader known for creating high-impact offerings and scaling businesses that deliver growth, engagement, and profitability across banking. She has led innovation across retail and affluent banking, customer lifecycle strategy, AI-driven CRM platforms, and loyalty programs.
During her tenure at YESBank, Mona played a pivotal role in strengthening the affluent and wealth segment, leading the liability loyalty program, and heading the adoption of AI-powered CRM tools for personalized customer engagement. Before that, she headed product development at TransUnionCIBIL. She began her career with HDFC Bank, managing its Preferred Banking program for high-net-worth clients.
