
Sahil Joshi has been appointed as Director of Operations at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre. Sahil has been in the luxury hospitality industry for more than two decades, bringing a proven track record of operational excellence and quest-centric service delivery. His prior tenure spans globally recognized brands, including The LalitSuriHospitality Group, RadissonHotelGroup, and HiltonHotels & Resorts itself.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Shimla, Joshi is known for his collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to mentor high-performing teams in competitive urban markets.
In his new role, Joshi will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a focus on service standards, operational efficiency, and guest experience innovation. His arrival underscores Hilton’s intent to elevate its market positioning in North India and deliver memorable experiences for both business and leisure guests.
