Tarun Ratra has been elevated to Portfolio Operations Manager at Holiday Inn Express. Since 2018, he has consistently made meaningful contributions to the success of the brand. With nearly two decades of experience, he has worked with multiple hotel chains and has led through leadership roles like Associate Director of Sales, Director of Sales, Cluster Director of Sales, and more.
In this new role, Tarun will be leading operations across 12 Holiday Inn Express hotels, ensuring operational standards, safety, and guest experience. This appointment highlights the organization’s commitment to nurturing talents while offering an exceptional hospitality experience.
