Swati has two decades of experience and brings deep knowledge in the legal field. Over the years, she has led the management of large-scale transactions, the structuring of complex deals, and the implementation of strategic legal solutions across Horizon’s extensive industrial and logistics portfolio in India.
She started working as an Article Clerk at L.D. Shah & Co. Later, she transitioned to multiple roles in organizations like Naik Naik & Co. Advocates, Thakker & Thakker, DSKLegal, and LodhaGroup. A Solicitor and alumna of Government Law College, Mumbai, she is known for her ability to align legal strategy with business growth.
Her elevation reflects Horizon’s confidence in her leadership and deep legal acumen. As Executive VP and Head of Legal, Swati will continue to strengthen Horizon’s commitment to building a robust legal foundation supporting its vision of creating world-class industrial and logistics infrastructure across India.
