Hyatt Hotels has appointed Nizar Weshah as the Area President of Saudi Arabia, boosting the regional leadership as the company plans to amplify its presence in the region by 2030.
Nizar has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he has served Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, ForteGrand, TrustHouseForte. He has been associated with Hyatt for more than 26 years and has been with the hotel chain since 1998.
Global tourism is growing in Saudi Arabia, and Nizar’s appointment comes at a crucial point where he will be guiding the company’s development while deepening the market presence and operations. His strategic leadership and decades of expertise will be leveraged to create a footprint in the region.
