A seasoned HR leader with extensive global experience, Aparna has been leading IBM’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and building a performance-driven, future-ready workforce.
In her most recent role as Vice President, HR, IBM Talent Management, she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on developing future skills, enhancing leadership pipelines, and driving capability-building programs across global teams.
Earlier, as Vice President HR, Offerings & Growth for IBM Consulting, Aparna played a pivotal role in the people agenda for the company’s $20B+ consulting business, leading culture transformation and HR integration for several strategic global acquisitions.
With academic foundations from Harvard Business School, Cornell ILR School, and the National Institute of Management, Aparna now takes charge of steering IBM’s global talent, leadership, and culture mandate.
